Call for Posters

Poster Submission Guidelines

1. Abstracts must be submitted using the form given below.
2. An abstract of any scientific work relevant to best practices in Ophthalmology may be submitted for consideration.
3. These may include full clinical studies, research results or interesting case reports or new technique relevant to the conference topic.
4. Abstract submission opens on 7 October 2024
5. Last date for submission is 8th December 2024.
6. Acceptance Notifications will be emailed by the 15 December 2024.
7. Abstract content must meet the standard of an academic / scientific presentation.
8. Abstracts should avoid any commercial promotion and those containing any such bias will not be considered.
9. The abstracts must not be more than 350 words in length and must meet the standard international format consisting of an Introduction, Objectives, Materials and Methods, Results and Conclusions.
10. The abstract must be based on original research or original clinical case studies. Also, previous presented research in past international meetings may be accepted.
11. The scientific committee will evaluate the abstracts for their relevance to the conference theme, their scientific content, their novelty and whether a logical process and structure has been followed in the scientific work, and make the final selection of the abstracts for poster and presentation.
12. The submitting author will receive all correspondence about the abstract so we advise that the submitting author details that are entered are the same details as those of the presenting author.
